Any/all items purchased from Discount Vape Pen must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

• Item(s) must be in original, brand new condition.
• Return must include a Return Authorization (RMA) number which can be acquired by filling out the return form below.
• Item(s) must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving a return RMA number.
• Package must have RMA number Clearly written on package. We are not responsible for packages returned without RMA number
