510 Wax Atomizers for Sale – Dab Atomizers, Wax Tanks & Concentrate Attachments
A 510 wax atomizer turns any 510 thread battery into a dab pen. Screw one on, load your wax, and you're dabbing without a rig, torch, or extra gear. These work with pen batteries, concealed cart batteries, and box mods.
We carry wax tanks, dab atomizers, glass globe attachments, and concentrate cartridges from Yocan, Lookah, Pulsar, HoneyStick, and more. Single, dual, and triple coil options. Whether you're loading shatter, budder, crumble, live resin, or straight wax, there's an atomizer here that fits your setup and your budget.
Coil Types
The coil material is the biggest difference between wax atomizers. Here's how they compare:
|
Quartz Coil |
Ceramic Coil |
Coilless Ceramic Bucket |
| Heat-up |
Fast – ready in seconds |
Moderate – a couple seconds longer |
Slowest – needs a short preheat |
| Vapor |
Big clouds, strong rips |
Medium clouds, consistent output |
Smooth, even vapor |
| Flavor |
Intense up front, fades fast |
Clean, terpy, holds longer |
Cleanest of all, zero burnt taste |
| Wax efficiency |
Burns through wax quicker |
More efficient, slower burn |
Most efficient, nothing stuck to a wire |
| Cleaning |
Coil wire traps residue |
Easier than quartz |
Easiest – just wipe the bucket |
| Best battery |
Any 510 battery |
Any 510 battery |
Button-fire only (needs heat-up time) |
| DVP brands |
Lookah, Pulsar |
HoneyStick Stinger, Yocan |
Yocan, Pulsar APX |
You'll also see single, dual, and triple coil options. More coils means bigger clouds and faster heat-up, but burns through wax quicker and drains your battery faster.

Which Battery Works Best?
Every atomizer on this page is 510 threaded, so they'll physically screw onto any 510 battery. But "fits" and "works well" aren't the same thing.
Pen batteries and cart batteries work great with dab atomizers, dab pen cartridges, and single-coil setups. Most run 3.0–4.2V which is perfect for atomizers under 10W. If you already own a cart battery, a slim wax atomizer turns it into a dab pen without buying a new device.
Box mods unlock the full range. Run wax tanks at 15–40W, use temperature control with nickel or titanium coils, and dial in your hit exactly how you want it. Already vape e-liquid with a mod? A 510 wax atomizer is the cheapest way to start dabbing.
Auto-draw batteries work with some dab atomizers (like the HoneyStick Silencer) but not all. Coilless atomizers and larger wax tanks need a button-activated battery to give them enough heat-up time.
FAQs
Can I use a wax atomizer on my cart battery?
Yes. If your cart battery has 510 threading (most do), you can screw on a slim dab atomizer and use it for wax. Stick to single-coil or low-resistance options since cart batteries output less power than box mods. The HoneyStick Silencer and Lookah 510 quartz carts are designed specifically for smaller batteries.
What's the difference between a wax atomizer and a wax cartridge?
A wax atomizer is an empty chamber you load yourself with your own concentrate. A wax cartridge (or oil cart) comes pre-filled with liquid. Atomizers give you more control – you pick your wax, load as much or as little as you want, and choose your coil type. They're cheaper per session too since you're buying concentrate separately.
Quartz or ceramic: which is better?
Depends what you're after. Quartz heats fast and hits hard with big clouds. Ceramic heats evenly and gives you a cleaner terpene flavor. Coilless ceramic buckets are the smoothest of all with zero burnt taste. See the coil comparison table above for a full breakdown.
Do wax atomizers work with dry herbs?
No. These are built for concentrates only – wax, shatter, budder, crumble, live resin, and similar. The coils run too hot for flower and you'll get a burnt, harsh hit. For dry herb, check our dry herb 510 atomizers instead.
