If you want to cancel an order, you must submit a CANCELLATION REQUEST form within 12 hours of the order being placed. Click here to submit a request.
Please Note: In an effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible in accordance with our SAME DAY SHIPPING promise, we cannot guarantee that your cancellation request will be accepted. Because of our "Fast and Free" shipping process, your order may have already been processed and shipped by the time you submit a cancellation request. If this is the case, you will need to follow through with the normal return policy as stated on our return policy page.
Cancelled orders are subject to a 7% restocking fee due to the credit card processing and age verification fees incurred in the process of taking your order. This means that if your cancellation request is accepted, you will receive a refund minus 7% of the total order value. For example, if your order was $20, you will receive a refund in the amount of $18.60.
If you would like to request a refund or an exchange please read our Return Policy and fill out the Return Form on that page. We will get back to you within 48 hours with more information and instructions.
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. Please be aware that returns are only authorized for unopened, unused, or defective devices. That said, the following situations will result in return authorization denial;
- Eliquid once the bottle has been opened.
- Disposable vapes simply because you do not like the flavor or it didn't last as long as you hoped.
- Unused coils from a pack. Full unused coil packs will only be accepted.
- Return requests outside of the 5 day timeframe.
- Products returned without an RMA #
Returns for non-defective devices will result in a return service fee deduction from your refund. This deduction includes a 15% restocking fee charge from the cost of the items, return shipping cost, and the original shipping cost (including the shipping cost paid by Discount Vape Pen if you chose the free shipping option when placing an order), also any fees paid at the time of the order such as Route Shipping Protection.
To mitigate your risk of having your refund deducted, prior to authorizing a return, we will first attempt to troubleshoot your issue if possible.

Discount codes can be applied in 2 places when when you're ready to complete an order. It can be added on the Cart page in the slot labeled "Coupon Code" (see image below).
Please note you're adjusted total will be shown in the Checkout stage of your order, not the Cart page.
You can also add a coupon code in the Checkout by clicking the words "Show order summary" at the top of the page. When you click it, an itemized list of you're entire order showing the items, tax, and shipping cost will appear as well as the field labeled "Enter Promo Code". Input your code in that field and click "Apply" (shown images below). Your order total will then adjust to reflect the total with your discount applied.
*Please note that multiple coupons cannot be applied to the same order. If there are bulk discounted items in your cart, applying a coupon code will replace the bulk discounted pricing.
Coupon codes cannot be applied to an order after it has already been placed.
This article pertains to orders that have already been completed. It's important that you open a ticket or send us an email to questions@discountvapepen.com immediately. If we are able to see your request in time, you will either be emailed a payable invoice for the item(s) you added, or you'll be refunded for an item removal.
If you are adding an item, your order will not ship out until the invoice has been paid.
Note: Our cutoff time for getting your order out the same day is 1pm eastern time. If you decide you need to add or remove an item too close to that cutoff time, we might not be able to do so.
If you've realized your shipping address is incorrect after paying for your order, it's important that you open a ticket immediately or send an email to questions@discountvapepen.com. You will not be able to change the shipping address of an order that has already been placed from within your account.
In your ticket or email, be sure to let us know your order number and the correct shipping address to send your order to.
Please note: Once your order has already shipped, you will need to contact the shipping carrier in possession of your order directly to make changes to your delivery address, which may carry an additional fee.
Does this mean your vape is broken? No. A blinking light is an indicator of one of 3 correctable issues. The first is that your vape battery is not holding enough power and needs to be charged.
- The fix is obvious. In the instance where the charger might be defective, just grab another preferably one with an indicator light to let you know when your battery is fully charged.
The second issue is that there is a connection problem. The connections pins of both the vape battery and cartridge or tank are not making contact. This will cause your battery light to flash.
- To fix this you need to check both the battery and connection. If the connection pin on the battery is pressed all the way in, first turn off the battery and use a toothpick or a small thin paperclip to dig out the pin by poking into the perimeter of the connection pin. Next, take a look under the cartridge. Cartridge connection pins are push fit and screw in. Pull the pin out just slightly, being careful not to completely detach the connections pin from the cartridge. If you are using a magnetic attachment on your cartridge, you will have to play with tightening the magnet and pulling the contact pin of the cartridge out far enough to complete the connection. Now, attach the cartridge to the vape battery and the blinking light should be gone so you can enjoy your vape.

The final reason why your vape battery is blinking is that the battery you are using does not output the amount of voltage required to power the heating element of your cartridge or tank. If you are using a variable voltage device, you must adjust your voltage to adequately power your cartridge/tank. If you don’t have a variable voltage battery or a battery with an output of at least 4 volts, we suggest that you get one. Check out our cartridge vapes.
Most vape devices are activated using 1 of 2 methods;
1. Button click activation. For most devices, click the button 5 times rapidly to turn the device on or off. For devices with multiple buttons, click the largest button.
2. Auto-draw activation. This means that the device is inhale activated. This is most common with disposable vapes, but there are a number of pod systems and cartridge batteries on the market with this capability as well. Just take a drag.

It takes about 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) for funds to return to the card used to place an order after the refund has been issued.

Why Age Verification?
Age Verification is now a federal and state legal requirement to purchase tobacco and vape products online. Before your order can be shipped, you will need to validate that you are of legal age to purchase tobacco products in your given state.

What is BlueCheck?
BlueCheck is an age and identity verification company based in Austin, TX.
They provide age verification for this site as well as many other popular tobacco retailers. Their software allows online businesses to meet compliance with US federal state regulations while providing a safe and secure way for customers to verify.

How Does BlueCheck Work?
- BlueCheck uses the information entered at checkout to automatically and instantly verify most customers when they place an order.
- If additional information is needed to complete age verification a BlueCheck pop up will appear during checkout and ask you to "Complete age verification".
- Once age verification has been completed you will be notified by BlueCheck via the pop up or by email, and your order will be moved onto fulfillment.
Why do I have to submit the last four of my SSN?
If additional information is needed to complete age verification, you may be asked to submit the last four digits of your social security number. This information is neither stored nor shared by BlueCheck and is solely used to attempt an automatic age verification.
BlueCheck uses the last four digits of your social security number because it is a very reliable, secure, and unique identifier that can be used to authenticate your age.
Why am I being asked for a photo ID?
If additional information is needed to complete age verification, you may be asked to submit clear photos of yourself holding your ID and a photo of your ID. It is important that your photos meet these requirements otherwise BlueCheck will be unable to confirm your age.
Photos are only reviewed by trained BlueCheck staff, based in Austin Texas. Photos are used for the sole purpose of completing age verification and are securely transmitted via an encrypted protocol. Once verified all photos are removed from online servers.
Why isn't my photo ID be accepted?
Please make sure that when you submit a photo ID that it matches the name on your order. BlueCheck will not accept another person's ID, even if valid, for your order.
Make sure that all photos submitted to BlueCheck are clear and legible. It is important that BlueCheck staff can see and read the information on your ID.

All orders received before 1pm (EST) Monday – Friday will be shipped out on the SAME DAY! Orders received after 1pm will be shipped out on the following business day. Orders received after 1pm on Friday and all orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, orders will be shipped on the following business day.

When an order is received with a shipping address that is different from a billing address or an improper billing address, an order may be placed on hold. We do this in order to keep your card and bank information safe. You will receive a call and or an email from a representative at Discount Vape Pen asking you to verify certain information. Once the information is verified, your order will begin to process and will be shipped out.
There are a few reasons why an order is placed on hold.
- The billing address you entered at checkout doesn't match what is on your credit card account.
- Your order was placed in a location far from your billing address AND the shipping address is also in a distant location.
- You've attempted to make a payment with multiple cards that were declined for the same order.
There are a variety of circumstances that are all reasonable explanations for each of the reasons listed above (for example; you're on vacation and you placed an order to ship to a friend). However, due to the ever increasing numbers of fraud over the internet, our fraud management team is tasked with the job of minimizing this risk to protect ourselves and our customers from potential threats.
Any of the reasons above are red flags to our team and will lead to either a requests for additional information or immediate order cancellation.
You will not receive a confirmation email if your payment is declined. Your billing and shipping addresses do not need to match, but your billing address must be written the same way that your credit card account has listed.
Before trying to submit payment for an order again, contact the credit card company, or if you have online banking, check to make sure that the address you're using is the same one that is on file in your account.
Unfortunately, we have noticed that USPS does not always update their tracking when items are received at the post office. This is an ongoing issue with the Postal Service. However, we do always stick to our Same Day Shipping policy. If you see that “Pre-Shipment Information” has been sent to USPS you can be assured that it was dropped off at the post office. Most times when this happens, you will notice that the tracking is only updated right before the package is delivered. In the event that your package is taking longer then usual, please feel free to email us at questions@discountvapepen.com or fill out a contact form.
Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items that fit the following criteria. Review the policies to understand what lost, stolen, and damaged items Route will cover.
To add Route + Shipping Protection coverage to your order, toggle the button "on" (as shown in the image below) in the Shipping Information stage of checkout.
Note: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.
When replacing an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order, the Route premium, shipping costs, and taxes. Route does not pay custom/duty fees.
After placing an order you will receive an email receipt as well as a text message notification confirming that your order was placed.
From "Processing" to "Shipped" to "Delivered", you will receive a notification email for every step along the way. When your order has shipped, your notification email will contain your package tracking number (See image below). Simply click the tracking number, and you will be able to see where your order is on its way to you.
