Vape Products Return Policy

After the receipt of your order, we offer a 5-day return policy on any DOA (dead on arrival) or unused items, factory sealed in the manufacturer's original packaging. Please inspect and test all products upon receipt. The 5-day return window begins regardless of whether the products were opened or not. Returns that are not DOA or manufacturer defect may be subject to a 15% return processing fee plus the original cost of shipping when shipping was free.

Please note that we may request for you to email photos and/or a video of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back. We may also email you with troubleshooting steps to assist you in avoiding any return processing fees.

5 DAY RETURN POLICY

Any/all items purchased from Discount Vape Pen must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Item(s) must be in original, brand new condition
  • Item(s) must be sent back in the original product packaging and must contain all of the parts, accessories and/or components it came with (chargers, adapters, coils etc.)
  • Return must include a Return Authorization (RMA) number which can be acquired by filling out the return form below
  • Item(s) must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving a return RMA number
  • Package must have RMA number Clearly written on package. We are not responsible for packages returned without RMA number

Non-Returnable Items

You may not return consumable items. This includes, but is not limited to: liquid products, coils/pods, disposable vapes, cartridges, and batteries. Any item deemed consumable is non refundable.

You will be responsible for shipping charges for non defective returns. All expedited shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. When your original shipping was free, our cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refunded amount.

A 15% return processing fee may be applied if:

  • Returns are opened and/or non defective.
  • Returns show signs of physical damage or user error that could have caused the defect.
  • The order recipient refuses the package and/or the package is marked "Return to sender".
  • Defect reason stated is not present upon return evaluation or is solved with simple troubleshooting steps.

Dry Herb/ Wax Devices:

Because of the material intended for use in these vapes, all sales of Dry Herb/ Concentrate devices are final. The only returns accepted from Dry herb/ concentrate Vape Sales will be those that are DOA (Dead on Arrival) or manufacturer defect. If you ship your item back containing any form of media the return will receive a 15% return processing fee plus the original cost of shipping when shipping was free.

Non-Compliant Returns

Items returned with excessive wear and tear or showing signs of improper use/care (including but not limited to liquid damage) will be declared as "user error" in regards to the issue, and will be denied a refund or exchange. Also, returns that are missing the original product packaging and/or the parts, accessories or components that came with the item(s) will be denied a refund or exchange. Returns deemed as not compliant with the return policy will be shipped back to the purchaser and denied returned authorization for those same items.
