How to refill JUUL pods

You don’t need to be a handyman to do fill up your refillable JUUL pods. You do, however, need to be somewhat gentle. Once you have just the empty pod in-hand, here are the refilling your JUUL pod steps;

1. Remove the plastic mouthpiece cover. Be aware that this piece is snap-fit, so if you just yank it off you could break it. It’s recommended that you use a very small flat head screwdriver (like the ones that come in eye glass repair kits)
2. Take off the silicone cap
3. Fill each side of the pod, but just the line that reveals itself after removing the silicone cap
4. Reassemble the pod (silicone cap, then mouthpiece cover) and you’re done.

Why doesn’t everyone refill JUUL pods?

Doesn’t sound so crazy, right? That’s because it’s not and it’ll save you some money. The next question is, if it’s so easy to refill the prefilled Juul pods, then why doesn’t everybody just do that? There are a couple of reasons; one of them being that many people will break that mouthpiece cover when trying to take it off. Once you destroy the clasp, you’ll have an uncomfortable vaping experience. Also, it’s important that you do not lose or damage the silicone cap or else it’s a wrap for that pod – you’ll just be drinking ejuice.

What many videos and blogs will neglect to mention about refilling the disposable Juul pods, are the small cotton pads located inside the mouthpiece. These cotton pads are there to absorb spit-back and over time, they will be so saturated with ejuice they won’t absorb anything. From time to time you will need to take these cotton pads out and dry them or replace the cotton. One last bit to consider is that it is very difficult to rewick a Juul pod so unless you have the time to mess with really, really small objects, you will have to eventually buy a new pod once the coil is done.
