Disposable Ceramic Nails — Swap, Don’t Scrub

This is the Cenote’s defining feature. Traditional e-rigs use permanent heating chambers that accumulate residue over hundreds of sessions, degrading flavor and eventually requiring deep cleaning or expensive replacement atomizers. The Cenote flips this entirely: each aluminum oxide ceramic nail is embedded with a 0.02mm ultra-thin stainless steel heating film that distributes heat evenly without burning your material, and when the nail gets dirty, you pull it out with the included tweezers and drop in a fresh one. No cleaning required. Each nail lasts approximately 150 sessions, and the kit ships with five. Replacement 6-packs of ceramic nails are available separately.

AUXO Connect App — Full Control via Bluetooth

The AUXO Connect app (iOS and Android) connects to the Cenote via Bluetooth — no account required, no invasive data collection, just pair and go. The app gives you control over:

Without the app, the Cenote still works as a standalone device with 3 preset temperature levels (press the power button to cycle through — LED brightness indicates heat level). But the app is where the Cenote truly shines, especially Pro Mode for users who want to fine-tune sessions to specific concentrate types.

3 Presets + Pro Mode — 392°F to 644°F

The three preset heat levels provide quick access for casual sessions — low, medium, and high, indicated by LED brightness. For precision users, Pro Mode (via the app) unlocks the full 392°F–644°F range with exact temperature selection. Low temps for terpene-rich flavor with live resin and rosin, high temps for thick clouds with shatter and crumble. The Cenote heats up in approximately 28 seconds regardless of setting.

Handblown Glass Recycler — Water-Cooled 360° Light Show

The handblown borosilicate glass recycler screws onto the Cenote base with a sturdy, stable connection. Charge via the included USB-C cable and 20W adapter in approximately 90 minutes, or drop the Cenote onto any Qi-certified wireless charging pad — including the official Auxo Cenote Wireless Charger (sold separately) — for cable-free convenience. Note: the Cenote does not support pass-through charging and cannot be used while plugged in.

Extendable Sessions

Standard sessions run from 20 to 90 seconds depending on your settings. When your session enters the last 20 seconds or enters cool-down mode, double-press the power button to extend heating for another 20 seconds at the same temperature. You can extend multiple times if your dab isn’t finished or you’re sharing with friends.

Ergonomic Cylindrical Design

At 5.63″ tall × 3.74″ wide × 2.2″ deep and approximately 320g, the Cenote is compact enough to fit in one hand and portable enough to take anywhere. The cylindrical body with textured TPE grip feels natural to hold, and the streamlined shape is unlike any traditional dab rig — no awkward angles, no fragile overhangs, just a smooth, pocketable cylinder with a glass recycler on top. How to Use the Cenote

Install a ceramic nail onto the stainless steel heating rod by pressing it on firmly. Fill the glass recycler with a small amount of water and screw it onto the base. Lift the carb cap, load a half-Tic-Tac-sized dab into the ceramic nail using the included loading tool, and replace the carb cap. Hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on, press once to cycle through presets (or use the app for Pro Mode), and double-press to start heating. The Cenote heats up in 28 seconds — the LED and haptic vibration confirm when it’s ready. Inhale from the top of the glass recycler.
