eGo-C Twist Battery Guide: Every Size Compared (650–1300mAh)
The Pen That Invented Variable Voltage
Every twist-dial battery you’ve ever seen — the Ooze Slim Twist, the Cartisan Spinner — copied this pen. The eGo-C Twist put a numbered voltage dial on a vape battery before anyone else did. That was over a decade ago. People still buy them every week.
→ eGo-C Twist 650mAh — Smallest size. Light use. Under $10.
→ eGo-C Twist 900mAh — Full day for moderate users.
→ eGo-C Twist 1100mAh — Extended runtime. 250+ puffs.
→ eGo-C Twist 1300mAh — Biggest Twist made. Multi-day battery.
What You Get With Every Size
Four sizes. Same battery. Same features. Only difference is how long it lasts between charges.
Variable voltage: 3.2V–4.8V. The numbered dial on the bottom rotates with clicks at roughly 0.2V increments. Turn left for lower voltage. Turn right for higher. The number on the dial is your voltage. No LEDs to decode. No menus. You see “3.6V” and that’s what you’re getting.
Dual 510 + eGo threading. Works with every modern 510 oil cartridge AND legacy eGo-threaded tanks (CE4, CE5, eVod). Most modern batteries only have 510 threading. The Twist has both — no adapter needed for old tanks.
Single-button operation. Five clicks on. Five clicks off. Hold the button and inhale. That’s everything.
Stainless steel body. Metal, not plastic. Survives pockets, drops, and daily carry.
USB charger included. Proprietary 510-threaded charger in the box. Not USB-C — this is legacy hardware. But the charger comes with it and replacements are cheap.
Full safety features. 5-click lock, 10-second auto cutoff, short circuit protection, over-discharge protection.

Which Size to Get
650mAh: You want the shortest pen. You charge daily anyway. You’re a light user — 10–15 puffs per day.
900mAh: You want a full day without thinking about it. Most people should start here.
1100mAh: You’re a moderate-to-heavy user. 300 puffs. Charge every other day.
1300mAh: You want the longest runtime possible. 1.5–2 days for moderate users. The price difference between sizes is a couple dollars — this is almost always the smart pick.
How the Twist Dial Works
The dial is at the bottom of the pen. It’s numbered. It clicks.
3.2V: Lowest setting. Best flavor. Smooth throat feel. Start here if you’re unsure.
3.6V–3.8V: Middle ground. Balanced flavor and vapor. Where most people end up for daily use.
4.2V–4.8V: Maximum clouds. Hotter hits. Burns through oil faster. Harsher on the throat. Only worth it for very thick oils that won’t vaporize at lower settings.

eGo-C Twist vs eGo-T
Same stainless steel body. Same dual threading. Same safety features. One difference:
The eGo-T fires at fixed 3.7V. No dial. No adjustment. Simpler, but you can’t change anything.
The eGo-C Twist gives you 3.2V–4.8V. Same price. More capability. Unless you specifically want zero adjustability, the Twist is the better buy.
eGo-C Twist vs Ooze Slim Twist
The Ooze Slim Twist borrowed the eGo-C Twist’s concept and modernized it. Here’s what changed:
| Feature | eGo-C Twist | Ooze Slim Twist |
|---|---|---|
| Voltage | 3.2V–4.8V | 3.3V–4.8V |
| Max Battery | 1,300mAh | 320mAh |
| Preheat | No | Yes |
| Charging | 510 USB (included) | USB-C |
| eGo Threading | Yes | No |
| Body | Stainless steel | Aluminum/plastic |
Get the eGo-C Twist if: You need battery life (4x the capacity), eGo threading for legacy tanks, or stainless steel durability.
Get the Ooze Slim Twist if: You want preheat, USB-C charging, or a slimmer body. Trade-off is 320mAh — you’ll charge daily.
Who Buys the eGo-C Twist in 2026
CE4/CE5 tank users. The dual threading works natively with eGo tanks. No adapter.
Battery-life-first buyers. 1300mAh in a pen body. Most modern pens top out at 320–650mAh. The Twist outlasts them all.
Bulk buyers and smoke shops. Under $10 per unit with charger. Ready to display and sell.
People who want variable voltage without complexity. No screen. No clicks. Just a dial with numbers. Turn it and go.
