Which Size Should You Get?

Get the 650mAh if: You want the shortest, lightest eGo-T. You’re a light user (10–15 puffs per day). You want a compact backup battery. You’re on the tightest possible budget.

Get the 900mAh if: You want the balance between size and battery life. 800+ puffs is enough for a full day of moderate use without being noticeably longer or heavier than the 650. This is the size most people should start with.

Get the 1100mAh if: You want to charge as infrequently as possible. 11+ hours of runtime means moderate users can go 2–3 days between charges. Heavy users get a solid full day. If you’re used to disposables dying mid-day, the 1100mAh will feel like it never runs out.

Who Still Buys the eGo-T in 2026?

With all the modern batteries available — OLED screens, 0.1V precision, auto-draw, concealed designs — why would anyone buy an eGo-T?

People who use CE4/CE5 clearomizers for e-liquid. The eGo-T’s dual threading (510 + eGo) works natively with legacy eGo-threaded tanks that modern batteries don’t support without an adapter. If you’re still using a CE4 for nicotine e-liquid, the eGo-T is the natural battery.

People who want the simplest possible device. No voltage settings to figure out. No screen to read. No click sequences to memorize. Turn it on, hold the button, inhale. Some people don’t want features — they want a tool that works.

The eGo-T is not the best cart battery available. It’s important to be upfront about that. Here’s where it wins and where it doesn’t:

Where modern batteries win: Variable voltage (the eGo-T’s fixed 3.7V can’t be lowered for live resin or raised for thick distillate), USB-C charging (the eGo-T uses a proprietary 510 charger), preheat (the eGo-T doesn’t have it), screens and displays, auto-draw option, concealed/stealth designs, and lower voltage floors for flavor.

The bottom line: If you vape standard distillate carts at medium voltage and don’t need adjustability, the eGo-T is a workhorse that costs less than lunch. If you vape live resin, CBD, or thick concentrates that benefit from low voltage and preheat, a modern battery like the Yocan Kodo Star or Airis Cube 900 will serve you better.
