The Ooze Bot is a robot-shaped 510 battery. That sentence alone makes most people assume it’s a toy that barely works. It’s not. Behind the character design sits a 650mAh battery with 0.1V voltage precision, a digital screen that doubles as the robot’s face, dual 510 threads, preheat, and glow-in-the-dark color options. It’s the most feature-rich novelty battery on the market — and one of the only novelty batteries we’d recommend as a daily driver.

What It Does

The Bot stands upright on two detachable legs. The face on its body is the digital screen — battery percentage at the top, voltage in the center, puff counter at the bottom. The right dial on the head adjusts voltage via a twist mechanism. The left dial is the fire button.

What’s Good

The fact that they’re inside a glow-in-the-dark robot is the bonus, not the selling point.

Dual 510 threads solve the one problem most novelty batteries have. Most character batteries have one connection point that doesn’t fit every cart. The Bot gives you two: a concealed chamber inside the body for standard carts and an open thread on top for oversized 2g+ carts. Button-only activation. No auto-draw. You have to press the left head dial while inhaling. Not a dealbreaker — most batteries are button-activated — but if you specifically want inhale-to-fire simplicity, the Bot doesn’t offer it.

The concealed leg chamber is tight. It fits 0.5g and standard 1g carts with round mouthpieces. Wider 1g carts or carts with flat/duck-bill mouthpieces may not fit inside. They’ll work fine on the top head mount, but you lose the concealment feature. Test your specific cart before assuming it fits inside the legs.

$24.99 is mid-range, not budget. You’re paying for the character design, dual 510 threads, and the screen-as-face concept.
